Group Support
Peer Support Groups
Our peer support groups can be a valuable resource for those adjusting to vision loss. By providing a safe space for shared experiences and a sense of community, these groups can help alleviate feelings of isolation and provide much-needed support.
Examples of our peer support groups include our low vision support group, healthy living class, navigating life with vision loss, and our peer mentor group.
Life Skills Training
Our life skills training program offers a comprehensive overview of adaptive skills, providing clients with tips, tools, and techniques to manage daily tasks and improve independent living.
Examples of our group life skills training include rehabilitation, self-care, household management, organizational skills and money management, food prep, and more.
Health & Wellness
Health and Wellness is essential for people with vision loss to experience their best quality of life. In addition to our core services, we provide a range of classes and programs that enable our clients to thrive wherever they are on their vision loss journey.
Examples of our virtual health and wellness classes and programs include healthy living, mindfulness practice, and in-chair yoga. We also offer monthly in-person social activities.
